  • Tax document collection and organization ("Data Intake")
  • AI-powered extraction and structuring of financial data ("Bank Statement Extractor")

The Services allow users to collect, organize, extract, process, and export financial and client-related data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notifying us promptly about any unauthorized use of your account

  • AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be 100% error-free
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating the output
  • Taxflow is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated data

8. Data Security

We are committed to industry-standard security measures, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Integrations

The Service may offer integration with third-party software (e.g., accounting tools).

Taxflow is not responsible for the functionality, availability, or security of third-party services.

You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription or pricing plan.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including software and content, are owned by Taxflow.

Taxflow makes no warranties regarding:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI outputs

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-product notification.
